KUALA LUMPUR – CEO of Malaysian Palm Oil  Company Association, Datuk Dr. Makhzdir Mardan said, the problem in Malaysian palm oil plantation is the difficulty to fulfill the employees/workers in the plantation. In addition, the cost of the workers reaches mostly half of the investment.

Now the workers ratio in the plantation is 1:10 which the scale will be increased to be 1:20 in 2020. (T3)
