PETALING JAYA–The company which bases in Malaysia, Golden Land Bhd acquired two palm oil plantation companies in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
In the proposal of the company in Malaysia’s Stock Exchange, the companyhad signed two conditional sales purchase agreements with the vendor, Hery Hermawan Herijanto to acquire 68,75% shares in Parimo Agri Holding Pte Ltd (PAH) and in Parigi Plantation Holding Pte Ltd (PPH ) with the amounts US $ 3,25 millions and US$ 2,49 millions for each or the total investment about US$ 5,73millions (RM 20,65 millions. And will develop 26.600 hectares area.
StarBiz reported, PAH will have 80% of shares in PT Ampibabo Agro Lestari which owns 15,067 hectare licenced area whicl PPH will have shares 80% of the subindustry of PT Agri Toribulu Asri having 11.533 hectare licenced area. (T3)
