JAKARTA – Indonesia Palm Oil Board (IPOB) urged, palm oil company operating in Indonesia to increase the palm oil waste advantage to be new and renewable energy, which will be used not only to the company itself but also to the people’s electricity needs.

But, Chairman of IPOB, Derom Bangun said, the development needs the government’s support to palm oil companies. Furthermore in 2020, 60% of more than 600 palm oil companies will develop electricity power. “We ask, the government should give incentive and facility to the factories and the State Electricity Company accepts it,” he recently said in Jakarta.
