Central Kalimantan Plasma FFB Prices Drop by Rp255.97/kg in Late May 2026

InfoSAWIT, PALANGKARAYA – The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) pricing team for plasma smallholders in Central Kalimantan has agreed to lower the provincial benchmark price for oil palm aged 10 to 20 years during the second period of May 2026 (May 16–31).

Based on the latest pricing determination, the FFB price for palms within the 10–20-year age category declined by Rp255.97 per kilogram, bringing the new price to Rp3,493.43/kg.

The next pricing meeting to determine plasma FFB prices for the first period of June 2026 is scheduled to take place on June 18, 2026, in Palangka Raya.

According to data compiled by InfoSAWIT from the Central Kalimantan Plantation Agency, FFB prices varied depending on the age of the palms. Oil palm aged three years was priced at Rp2,847.42/kg, four years at Rp2,959.50/kg, five years at Rp3,100.66/kg, six years at Rp3,219.90/kg, seven years at Rp3,238.05/kg, and eight years at Rp3,304.46/kg.

Meanwhile, nine-year-old palms were set at Rp3,380.11/kg, while the 10–20-year category stood at Rp3,493.43/kg. Older plantations aged 21 years were valued at Rp3,443.94/kg, gradually decreasing to Rp3,118.44/kg for 25-year-old palms.

The committee also set the reference prices for crude palm oil (CPO) at Rp14,106.17/kg and palm kernel at Rp13,768.50/kg, using a K index of 92.05%. (T2)
