InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Indonesia’s palm oil industry is accelerating its digital transformation with greater adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, as PALMCO strengthens data-driven decision-making through the latest Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for Palm Oil Agribusiness Decision Support Batch-3 training program.
Organized by LPP Agro Nusantara in collaboration with PT Lembaga Aplikasi Teknologi (LAT) Trisakti, the program utilizes the mySAP365 AIX platform to enhance operational analytics and business planning across the plantation sector.
According to an official statement received by InfoSAWIT on Thursday, participants from PalmCo Regional 1 through Regional 7 attended the intensive training, which entered its second day on 22 July 2026 at the LPP Agro Integration Center in Medan.
The program introduced the latest enhancements to the mySAP365 AIX platform, designed to improve agribusiness decision-making by maximizing the use of operational data. AI and machine learning capabilities have been fully integrated with the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, enabling faster analysis, more accurate forecasting, and more efficient operational planning.
One of the key highlights was the Rolling Forecasting Budget AI module, which is fully connected to the mySAP365 ERP platform. The feature enables plantation companies to adjust budget projections dynamically in response to changing field conditions, helping improve financial planning while strengthening cost transparency through audit-ready reporting.
Real-time data integration also allows management teams at both regional and corporate levels to make faster and more informed decisions, supporting greater operational efficiency throughout plantation activities.
