JAKARTA – Indonesian Palm Oil Plantation Businessmen (IPOPB) said, Indonesia is the biggest producer of crude palm oil (CPO) and become the hope of the mankind’s welfare in the future.

Many businessmen develop their palm oil business in Agrica. “But Indonesia is better than Africa in quality,” Chairman of IPOPB, Soedjai Kartasasmita who also as the Chairman of ICEPO2014 said in Jakarta to InfoSAWIT, Monday (19/5/2014).

So he hoped that government of Indonesia will pay attention more to the industry and support national palm oil industries for the industries have massive potencies for the economy.

He also explained, palm oil could not be planted in every region, so it should not be planted randomly. “Palm oil also follows the progress of technolory,” he said. (T3)
