JAKARTA – The government’s plan to decrease threshold of crude palm oil (CPO) Out Fee (OF) from US$800/ton to be US$600/ton is welcome by some of palm oil farmers.
Chairman of Indonesian Plantation Businessmen Association, DelimaHasriDarmawanthought, the decreasing thresholdwhich will effect to the CPO OF could guarantee for the internal stocks.
“I agree with the OF to guarantee the stock to the domestic industries,” he said in Jakarta, Friday (20/3).
He continued, if the OF does not run like what happens today, the export price is same as the domestic price and this makes, palm oil businessmen tend to export the CPO. (T3)
