InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at Rp 13,833/kg on Wednesday (5/11/2025), remaining unchanged from the highest bid price on Tuesday (4/11/2025).
Meanwhile, according to Reuters, CPO futures prices on the Bursa Malaysia slightly strengthened on Wednesday (5/11), extending a rally for the second consecutive day. The increase was due to market anticipation of the upcoming monthly data release from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).
The benchmark CPO futures contract for January 2026 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose by RM 5 per ton (0.12%) to RM 4,148 per metric ton (approximately US$982.01) at midday break. Analysts anticipate that Malaysian palm oil inventory in October 2025 likely increased to a two-year high, driven by production surging to a seven-year high. (T2)
