InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at Rp. 14,475/kg on Monday (27/10/2025), thus the CPO price recorded a decline of Rp. 25/Kg or about 0.17% compared to the CPO price on Friday (24/10/2025) which reached Rp. 14,500/Kg.

From information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the CPO Franco Dumai price was set at Rp. 14,475/Kg. The CPO Talang Duku price opened at Rp. 14,275/Kg, but Withdraw (WD) occurred with the highest CPO bid price Rp. 14,208/Kg. The Franco CPO Teluk Bayur price opened at Rp. 14,345/Kg, but Withdraw (WD) occurred with the highest CPO bid price Rp. 14,273/Kg.

Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, the crude palm oil (CPO) price at Bursa Malaysia weakened again for the second consecutive session on Monday (27/10/2025), recording the lowest closing in almost four weeks. This weakening was triggered by declines in the Dalian exchange as well as the strengthening of the ringgit exchange rate against the US dollar, while market players are still waiting for new factors that can determine the direction of price movements going forward.

The benchmark CPO contract price for January 2026 delivery at Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange closed down RM 50 ringgit or 1.13% to RM 4,372 per metric ton, equivalent to US$1,035.04.
In the global market, the price of the most active soybean oil contract in Dalian rose 0.59%, while the price of the palm oil contract in the same exchange fell 0.33%. Meanwhile, the price of soybean oil at the Chicago Board of Trade strengthened 0.77%.

As a commodity that competes with other vegetable oils in the international market, palm oil prices tend to follow the movement of soybean oil and other competing vegetable oil prices.

Meanwhile, Malaysia's palm oil product exports in the period 1–25 October 2025 were reported to decline slightly between 0.3% to 0.4% compared to the same period of the previous month, according to data from the cargo survey agency AmSpec Agri Malaysia and Intertek Testing Services.
