KUALA LUMPUR – A palm oil plantation company, TSH Resources Bhd, booked, the profits before the tax increased 25% to be RM180,7 billions in 2014 (FY2014) than the profits in FY2013 which reaching RM144 billions.
In the fourth quarter 2014 (4Q2014), the profits before the tax reached RM34,6billions or decreased than the profits in 2013 which reaching RM51,2billions.
The company mentioned, the increasing profits happened for the higher fruit production about 18%. The gross profit of TSH increased 35% in FY2014 from 30% in the previous year.
Chairman of TSH, Datuk Kelvin Tan mentioned, the increasing fruit production in FY2014 happened for the increasing harvest in whole palm oil plantations where the average fruit reached about 30 tons per hectare. (T3)
