InfoSAWIT, MAMASA – The West Sulawesi (Sulbar) Provincial Financial and Regional Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) conducted monitoring of the utilization of the Palm Oil Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH Sawit) in Mamasa Regency. The activity took place on Friday (22/8/2025) in the meeting room of the Mamasa Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD).

This step is part of the "Pancadaya Development Sulbar" implementation championed by Governor Suhardi Duka and Vice Governor Salim S. Mengga. The primary focus is to strengthen transparent and accountable governance while ensuring optimal basic services for the community.

The BPKPD Sulbar team, represented by Budget Division staff Lukman and Inter-Regency Guidance staff Barusan, was directly received by the Mamasa BKAD officials. The monitoring agenda not only evaluated the execution of the DBH Sawit but also included discussions on the Standard Unit Price (SHS) currently being prepared by the Sulbar Provincial Government for adoption at the regency level.

Head of Budgeting Sub-Division at Mamasa BKAD, Donny, welcomed the guidance. “This assistance is very helpful for us in the region, especially in ensuring that the DBH Sawit truly provides tangible benefits for the Mamasa community. The discussion regarding SHS is also important as a reference to ensure budget preparation is more focused and complies with regulations,” he said, quoted by InfoSAWIT from the Sulbar Provincial Government on Monday (25/8/2025).

On a separate note, Head of Sulbar BPKPD, Mohammad Ali Chandra, emphasized the importance of synergy between government levels in managing the DBH Sawit. "We ensure that the DBH Sawit is used effectively and encourage the regency government to adopt the SHS that complies with provincial regulations. This is key to maintaining the accountability and effectiveness of budget usage," he asserted. (T2)
