KUANTAN SINGINGI – Palm oil company, PT Tri Bakti Sarimas (TBS), locating in District of Kuantan Singigi, Riau Province complains the illegal gold mining activities there.
Head of Public Relation, PT TBS, Aripin said, the illegal miners have damaged palm oil plantations of the company.
“Thousands of hectares of the Business Licence Right have been damaged by the illegal miners. The law enforcement should wisely take some actions,” he said, Tuesday (10/3) as quoted from Antara Riau.
He thought, the illegal miners have concerned the company. When there is raids, the activity stops. But after that, the miners continue their activity, damaging the environment. (T3)
