PEKANBARU – To increase the economy of the people in Riau, especially the palm oil farmers, the Provincial Government hoped, the downstream industries should be maximally developed.
Governor in Duty, Riau, Arsyadjuliandi Rachman said, until now there are lots of palm oil derivative products are well developed. “So we asked those to be more develop for they will open the field works and increase the economy of the people. If there are additional values, why aren’they developed?” he said.
Rachman continued as quoted from Bertuah Pos, Tuesday (10/3), the downstream industries in this country will give much benefits to the palm oil farmers. In addition, at least, 4 millions people still depend the economy on palm oil. (T3)
