SIBU - Ta Ann Pelita Silas Plantation Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture palm oil company between Ta Ann Holdings Bhd and Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA), had given incentive  RM1.324mil for 509 participants.

This project was based on the nature customary rights with a concept in Ulu Sebauh in Bintulu. By this time, there are about ini 5.000 hectares have been planted by palm oil which are more than six years old. The monthly productions have been 4.500 metric ton (MT) by the significant increasing.

"We fully believe this project. The incentive from the areal conversions which were abandoned and now are cultivated, has increase our lives.
