PASIR PENGARAIAN - The Regional Government through Education and Sport Agency, District of Rokan Hulu (Rohul), Riau Province asked, all plantation companies operating in Rohul should make elementary and junior high schools around their companies.
According to the regional government, making educational school should be the obligation of them in their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme especially for the companies having more than 2.000 employees to make general facilitations for the children and the employees themselves.
‘’We target, in 2015/2016, the plantation companies in Rohul have founded and accepted the student candidates from the employees' children in elementary and junior high students working in the company (ies)," Head of Education and Sport Agency, Rohul, H M Zen said to Riau Pos, Sunday (8/3).
He continued, his side has given official letter to every palm oil company or factory operating in Rohul to make the educational places for their employees.
He also said, to support the programme, his agency has accelerated the licence operational process to found the elementary and high schools in the companies environments. (T3)
