KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) concerns about the disturbances and problems in palm oil industries, such as, employees, taxes and customs and the expensive costs to have sustainable certificates which reduce the competitiveness in the markets.

CEO MPOA, Datuk Dr Makhzdir Mardan said to StarBiz, Saturday (7/3), many palm oil businessmen concern about the continued and controlled escalation happening in the industrial production costs which keep running in every single year.

“The government should admit, making and publishing the unwise regulation decrease the benefits of the industries, or it is as same as killing the goose laying golden eggs," he said.
