SANGATTA – The Regent of East Kutai, East Kalimantan Province, Isran Noor, plans to make regulation which oblidges, all palm oil businessmen operating there should build palm oil downstream industry.
“So, the businessmen running their business in East Kutai should build downstream industry,” he mentioned to some media, Monday (2/3) as quoted from Antara Kaltim.
He hoped, by the obligation, the people around could get the result. He thought, for such a long time, the region and the people do not get anything from the crude palm oil (CPO) selling for the results are to the state budget.
