JAKARTA - PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk tercatat keeps expanding. This year the companywill found one palm oil factory(POF), enlarge the planted area and make infrastructres to support palm oil and sagu plantations. The company allocates US$ 80 millions to those expansions.

President Director of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk, Suwito Anggoro said, the  company will found POF in mini scale or 15 tons fresh fruit in capacity per hour. It will be founded in West Kalimantan. “The plants are productive now in West Kalimantan,” he explained, Thursday (8/5/2014) in Jakarta.

Furthermore Suwinto said, it needs US$ 3,5 millions to found the mini POF rather than investing more money to found 60 tons fruit per hour in capacity.

By having the new POF, the total POF belonging to the company belonging toANJT will be four units. The total capacity of the company will be 195 tons fruit per hour TBS per hour from the previous one was 180 tons fruit per hour.

It is also planned to enlarge planted area in 2014 about 6.500 hectares locating in West Kalimantan, South Sumatera, and West Papua. The company belonging to ANJ is cultivated by some small companies, such as, PT Kayung Agro Lestari, PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri Sains, and PT Permata Putera Mandiri.

By the first quarter 2014, the vastness of palm oil plantation ANJT is 139.038 hectares. The planted area is about 44.261 hectares, about 31.954 hectares are productive.  (T2)
