JAKARTA – Tominimize the fast negative issues to national palm oil industries, Chairman of Indonesian Plantation Businessmen Association, Soedjai Kartasasmita suggested to multiply diplomats in palm oil. “There should be diplomats,” Soedjai said to InfoSAWIT, Monday (26/5/2014).
This is done to be equal with Malaysia which has many best diplomats in palm oil. This should be done to keep the industries run well which contribute to the country’s economy.
In addition, the accusations are not factual. Referring to the data of RSPO, Indonesia is well known as the biggest palm oil producer with in 4,8 millions of ton or abot 47,85% of the sustainable palm oil produced in the world. (T2)
