MELAWI – A palm oil plantation company running the business in the upstream of Pinoh River, PT Palma Adinusa Lestari plans to make road which crosses 5 subdistricts and 8 villages. This is aimed to ease the transporting of the plantations and the people themselves.
Head of Environmental Analysis Commission Technic , Melawi, Laila Fitri Andayani hoped, the central government supports the making of the road for it will ease the access of thousands of people in 8 villages passing by.
The company, Laila continued, has run the environmental analysis, and environmental management plan – environmental monitoring plan. The processes have been in the environmental analysis plenary in the meeting hall of Emaus, Tuesday (17/2).
“The result of the plenary has been approved and agreed by all participants attended it. The next, there will be documents about the environment licence from the Regent,” he said.
Furthermore, Fitri continued as written in Kalimantan News, the environment licence will be aimed to PT Palm Adinusa Lestari to use the road from the central government. (T3)
