JAKARTA – The company running palm oil plantation and wood businesses,  PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) plans to have more modal about 168 millions new shares, or about 7,93% of the modals given to nonpreemptive rights.

So to have the agreement of the shareholders, the company will make General Assembly of the Share Holders on March 18th, 2015. DSNG estimated, the new share will be minimally Rp 4.055. 

As the open information in DSNG, the fund which the company gets from the new modal will be used to expand the business and pay the obligations of the company.(T3)
