Out Fee of CPO is Still 12%




JAKARTA–The government officially announced the price of agricultural and forestry price products which get out fee (OF) are crude palm oil about 12%, cocoa about 10%.

It is published in the Regulation of Secretary of Trade 27/M-DAG/PER?2014 about the Export Price on the Agriculture and Forestry Products having Out Fee.

“The establishment of  Export Price on June 2014 is done by considering the recomendation and coordination meeting with the related institution, especially to see the development of commodity price, both in national and international,” Bachrul Chairi, General Director of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry said in his press conference, Monday, (26/5/2014)

The establishment of Export Price was based on the reference price of CPO, that is US$ 915,26/metric ton (MT) which decreased to be US$ 17,38 or 1,9% from the previous month, that is, US$ 932,64/MT. The Export Price of CPO was US$ 844/MT which decreased to be US$ 17 or 2% if it was compared to the previous period, that is, US$ 861/MT.

The establisment of CPO Out Fee was 12%. It was written in the fifth page III PMK 128/2013 and there was no change if it was compared to the previous month.

The reference price of cocoa in the establishment decreased US$ 35,31 or 1,2% from US$2.967,72 per MT to be US$ 2.932,41 per MT. This effected to the establishment of Export Price of cocoa which decreased about US$ 35 or 1,3% from US$ 2.669 per MT in the previous month to be US$ 2.634 per MT.. (T3)
