SINGAPURA –Board of Directors of Direksi Bumitama Agri Ltd, Tuesday (3/2) announced, the company had signed billateral agreement with the Bank collectively.
“The Bank has agreed to give facilitation in and not in requirements and the numbers of loans about US$ 265.000.000 to be used in the general needs,” Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bumitama Agri, Lim Gunawan Hariyanto said in his official statement.
Based on the Regulation 704 ( 31 ) Manual Listing from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the company should inform it to the share stakeholders and the investors as what the Facility Agreement makes. The share stakeholders and investors are DBS Bank Ltd, United Overseas Bank Ltd, OCBC Bank Ltd, Maybank Berhad, and Singapore Branch. (T3)
