JAKARTA – Head of Central Statistic Agency (CSA) Suryamin mentioned, palm oil from its price perspective in December 2014 decreased but the volume export of the vegetable oil, including crude palm oil (CPO) from January – December 2014 increased than the volume in same period in 2013.
“In December palm oil decreased 6,29%, palm kernel oil (PKO) decreased 1,13%. But the export of the vegetable oil accumulatively increased 9,54% than it in 2013. This shows, the volume of the exports also increased,” he said in Jakarta, Tuesday (2/2).
He continued, the world still highly demands on palm oil though in November 2014, the exports decreased 2,94%. (T3)
