Istambul –It is noted, Indonesian agriculture commodities to Turkey were US$ 476,3 millions in 2013 - 50% was palm oil with US$ 238,15 millions of 450 thousands ton.
Knowing this, the government through Ministry of Agriculture plans to increase the export of palm oil to Turkey and makes partnership. “I am sure, the palm oil export to Turkey could be boosted and will be as same as in India, China, and Netherland,” Secretary of Agriculture, Suswono said in Palm Oil Business to Business conference among the Indonesian and Turkey businessmen, Monday (26/5) in Istanbul, Turkey.
To increase the palm oil export to Turkey, government of Indonesia had informed clear data about the environmental palm oil cultivation practices and also introduced Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) to the businessmen of natural oil in Turkey as the evidence of commitment to produce environmental palm oil is not written only.
