Enlarging Palm Oil, EPO Gets Loan From KLK

LIBERIA - Equatorial Palm Oil plc (EPO), palm oil company operating in Liberia, West Africa announced that in Tuesday (27/1), 50% shares of the joint venture company with Liberia Palm Developments Limited (LPD) has officially signed loan about $20.5 billions from KLK Agro Plantations Pte Ltd (KLK Agro), the subindustry of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK), to fund the operational in LPD.
 
“We are happy that LPD has got loan about $ 20,5 billions from KLK Agro to enlarge our palm oil plantation in Liberia,” Executive Director of EPO, Geoffrey Brown said as quoted from ADVFN.
 
For information, the fund in the Agreement is the commitment of KLK Agro which is a joint venture company with LPD and which was announced in April 11th, 2014. (T3)
