KUALA LUMPUR – Chief Financial Officer, Sime Darby Plantation, Renaka Ramachandran said, the gross service tax (GST) in palm oil sector is still competitive for the GST is not having palm oil tax export.
“Malaysian GST is six percents, it is lower than the neighbour country, Indonesia which having 10 percents of GST,” he said, Monday (19/1).
Beside that, he said as qouted from Bernama, the producer could sue the CBP on the input process of the output palm oil. (T3)
