SINGAPORE – In January 2015, Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food welcomes 12 students of Harvard Business School, Boston. The students have the obligation in their first year, that is, Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD).
Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is one of 156 FIELD global in 13 countries having 930 students in total.
“We are very proud of being in cooperation with Harvard Business School by giving chance for the students to learn and study in the real work in Indonesia and China. We think, the students will get their experiences not only by studying the the room only,” Executive Director, Jesslyne Widjaja said in the official statement of Golden Agribusiness Resources Ltd, Tuesday (20/1).
When being in Jakarta and Shanghai, the students learnt to implement their ideas in leading the company. Beside that, they also did some field researches with the customers. (T3)
