SINGAPORE - Directors of Golden Agri Resources Ltd (GAR) together with its subindustry announced, the acquisition 10.250 shares within Rp 1 millions representing 28,08 % shares in PT Duta Anugrah Indah (DAI), Indonesian company are paid in cash from the internal resource within the total Rp 10,25 billions.
Director of GAR, Rafael Buhay in his official statement, Tuesday (13/1) mentioned, after the acquisition, DAI becomes the group associaion. The main operational activity’s of DAI is television broadcasting focussiing to the education and humanity which become the corporate social responsibility of the group in Indonesia (T3).
