KUALA LUMPUR –El Nino which is estimated to come in the next three months will not effect palm oil production in Southern Asia.
Plantation Research Director, Ganling Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, Ling Ah Hong said, El Nino will be coming in the first quarter (Q1) in this year but it will not effect palm oil price and production too much.
“El Nino may come in Q1 in 2015 but it will not effect the stock in 2015 too much or it will not effect palm oil price,” he said (19/1) as written in Brecorder. (T3)
