KOTA MANNA – Head of Agriculture Agency, District of South Bengkulu, Wika Gatot Subroto said, the distribution of superior palm oil seeds which was planned on January, is postponed until next April.
It happened for 80 thousands seeds are small still. But in April, the seeds will be 6 months of age and they are ready to plant. “If in April, they could directly be planted,” he said as written in Rakyat Bengkulu, Monday, (5/1).
To distribute the seeds, it will be as same as what had been done in 2013, that is, the farmers should propose by giving the data about the area to plant the seeds. While the price, he continued, the agency has not determined yet for there is no coordination with the Regent yet. (T3)
