PEKANBARU – Tani Sawit Jaya Group accuses PT Andika Permata Sawit Lestari for on suspicion of vandalism, possession, and using by law violated for plantation and agriculture lands as 650 hectares located in law area of Rokan Hulu (Rohul) and Rokan Hilir (Rohil) Regency, Riau Province.

Civil suit by number of 231/PDT-G/2014/PN-Pekanbaru were proposed by 75 head of households which are incorporated in Tani Sawit Jaya Group, accompanied by their attorney, Mike Mariana Siregar SH, on Tuesday (16/12) to Pekanbaru District Court.

According to Mike, in their accusation, farmers group insists PT Andika Permata Sawit Lestari to responsibly by paying compensation for material as Rp20 billion, also immaterial loss as Rp10 billion.

“We are also insist the company to determined the dispute land in status quo, until there were any law decision, at least there were no any activities from PT Andika nor the people,” Mike said to the journalists in Pekanbaru DC, as published by Katakini. (T3)
