PEKANBARU – Head of Regional Income Agency of Riau, Joni Irawan, stated Riau Government Province, asks Export Tax (ET) of crude palm oil (CPO) can return into Distributed Local Income (DLI).

We expect CPO export tax will distributes into regional back, as done for oil and gas. We calculated, Riau has potency in getting Rp 6 trillion per year,” he said, as reported by HRI Agency of Riau official website, recently.

Joni stated, to realizes this, the Central Government has to revised Law No.33/2004 about Finance Balancing between Central and Regional Government. While the mechanism of CPO export tax return to regional, can using by oil and gas calculating result fund. (T3)
