BINTUHAN - A palm oil farmer in Tanjung Kemuning District, kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, Rudi, on Monday (08/12/2014) said the local price of palm oil fresh fruit bunches (FFB) is declining for a month.
Moreover he said, to date the FFB price only stand in Rp 1.000/kg for superior rate FFB. While for lower rate, the price is so far from that amount. “Along the rainy season the FFB price become Rp1.000, from Rp1.500 per kg,”Rudi said,as cited by Bengkulu Ekspress.
That’s why, he and other farmers expect the Regional Government in this case is local Agriculture Agency to make some efforts and give positive solution. (T3)
