InfoSAWIT, JAMBI – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for oil palm smallholders in Jambi Province continued their upward trend during the June 5–11, 2026 pricing period, supported by stronger crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel prices.
Based on the latest pricing decision issued by the Jambi Provincial FFB Pricing Team, the benchmark price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years increased by Rp137.45 per kilogram, reaching Rp3,440.77/kg.
According to data obtained by InfoSAWIT from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency, FFB prices for different age categories were set at Rp2,669.28/kg for three-year-old palms, Rp2,867.00/kg for four-year-old palms, Rp2,997.59/kg for five-year-old palms, Rp3,121.82/kg for six-year-old palms, Rp3,200.39/kg for seven-year-old palms, and Rp3,269.96/kg for eight-year-old palms.
Meanwhile, FFB from nine-year-old plantations was priced at Rp3,333.38/kg. The highest benchmark price remained for palms aged 10–20 years at Rp3,440.77/kg, followed by Rp3,340.48/kg for trees aged 21–24 years and Rp3,193.15/kg for plantations aged 25 years.
The pricing team also set the reference crude palm oil (CPO) price at Rp13,346.11/kg and palm kernel prices at Rp13,134.22/kg, with a K-index of 95.22%.
The latest increase reflects improving market sentiment in the palm oil sector and provides a positive signal for independent and partnered smallholders across Jambi Province. (T2)
