Riau Plasma Palm Oil FFB Prices Fall by Rp100.02/Kg for 3–9 June 2026

InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU – Fresh fruit bunch (FFB) prices for plasma Smallholders in Riau Province recorded a decline for the period of 3–9 June 2026, following the latest pricing decision issued by the provincial pricing committee.

Referring to the Fresh Fruit Bunch Pricing Decree No. 19 for the 3–9 June 2026 period, the Riau Provincial Plasma FFB Pricing Team agreed to reduce the price for nine-year-old oil palm trees by Rp100.02 per kilogram to Rp3,832.61/kg.

According to InfoSAWIT’s review of data from the Riau Provincial Plantation Agency, FFB prices for various plantation age categories were set as follows: three-year-old palms at Rp2,954.91/kg, four years Rp3,348.92/kg, five years Rp3,549.05/kg, six years Rp3,703.51/kg, seven years Rp3,783.37/kg, and eight years Rp3,828.06/kg.

Meanwhile, FFB from nine-year-old palms was fixed at Rp3,832.61/kg, while plantations aged 10–20 years were priced at Rp3,812.21/kg. Prices for older plantations were set at Rp3,752.48/kg for 21-year-old palms, Rp3,695.27/kg for 22 years, Rp3,634.13/kg for 23 years, Rp3,567.13/kg for 24 years, and Rp3,491.76/kg for 25-year-old palms.

For plantations aged 26 years and above, prices were established at Rp3,446.09/kg for 26-year-old palms, Rp3,400.26/kg for 27 years, Rp3,355.69/kg for 28 years, Rp3,338.62/kg for 29 years, and Rp3,324.40/kg for 30-year-old palms.

The committee also determined supporting commodity indicators used in the pricing formula. Crude palm oil (CPO) was valued at Rp15,344.00/kg, palm kernel at Rp13,400.00/kg, shell value at Rp19.15/kg, while the K index was fixed at 93.30 percent.

The pricing mechanism is based on provincial government regulations intended to provide a reference price for plasma Smallholders and maintain fairness in palm oil trading. (T2)
