Jambi Palm Oil FFB Prices Reach Rp3,303.32/Kg for Productive Trees in Early June 2026

InfoSAWIT, JAMBI – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for oil palm in Jambi Province remained relatively stable for the period of May 29–June 4, 2026, with productive plantations aged 10–20 years recording the highest official price at Rp3,303.32 per kilogram.

The pricing decision was agreed upon by the Jambi Provincial FFB Pricing Team and reflects prevailing market conditions for crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel.

Based on InfoSAWIT’s review of data from the Jambi Plantation Agency, FFB prices for younger oil palm trees were set at Rp2,556.09/kg for three-year-old palms, Rp2,751.90/kg for four-year-old trees, and Rp2,876.75/kg for five-year-old plantations.

Meanwhile, six-year-old palms were priced at Rp2,995.59/kg, seven-year-old plantations at Rp3,070.91/kg, and eight-year-old palms at Rp3,138.24/kg.

For more mature plantations, nine-year-old oil palms were priced at Rp3,198.74/kg, while the benchmark price for plantations aged 10–20 years reached Rp3,303.32/kg.

Older plantations also maintained competitive pricing, with palms aged 21–24 years set at Rp3,208.10/kg and 25-year-old plantations valued at Rp3,068.58/kg.

The pricing formula was supported by a crude palm oil (CPO) reference price of Rp12,601.89/kg and a palm kernel price of Rp13,478.00/kg, while the K index was determined at 95.22%.

The official pricing serves as an important reference for growers and mills across Jambi, particularly as producers monitor global palm oil trends and domestic market conditions.

However, actual transaction prices in the field may vary depending on fruit quality, logistics, and purchasing arrangements between growers and palm oil mills. (T2)
