InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU – The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) Pricing Team for independent smallholders in Riau Province has released the latest palm oil FFB prices for the period of May 27–June 2, 2026, under FFB Pricing Decree No. 18.
Based on the agreement, the price of independent smallholder FFB from nine-year-old oil palm trees was set at Rp3,709.35 per kilogram, reflecting an increase of Rp24.49/kg compared to the previous period.
According to InfoSAWIT’s review of data from the Riau Plantation Agency, FFB prices for younger palm trees were established at Rp2,880.14/kg for three-year-old palms, Rp3,207.10/kg for four-year-old palms, Rp3,436.66/kg for five-year-old palms, Rp3,567.44/kg for six-year-old palms, Rp3,648.31/kg for seven-year-old palms, and Rp3,691.88/kg for eight-year-old palms.
Meanwhile, FFB prices for older plantations were set at Rp3,673.25/kg for palms aged 10–20 years, Rp3,613.85/kg for 21-year-old palms, Rp3,544.77/kg for 22-year-old palms, Rp3,466.20/kg for 23-year-old palms, Rp3,406.55/kg for 24-year-old palms, and Rp3,357.81/kg for 25-year-old palms.
Prices for aging plantations continued to trend lower, with 26-year-old palms priced at Rp3,340.18/kg, 27-year-old palms at Rp3,313.13/kg, 28-year-old palms at Rp3,261.68/kg, 29-year-old palms at Rp3,223.72/kg, and 30-year-old palms at Rp3,136.95/kg.
The pricing team also set the benchmark crude palm oil (CPO) price at Rp14,598.00/kg, while palm kernel prices were determined at Rp15,277.56/kg. The shell value was fixed at Rp26.09/kg, with a K index of 92.87%.
InfoSAWIT notes that the published figures are intended solely as official reference prices issued by the provincial plantation authority, while actual prices in the field may vary depending on market conditions and transactions between mills and suppliers. (T2)
