InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at KPBN dropped to Rp15,325/kg on Tuesday (April 14, 2026), down Rp310/kg or 1.38% from the previous day.
According to InfoSAWIT data from KPBN, Franco Dumai prices were set at Rp15,325/kg, while FOB Talang Duku stood at Rp15,125/kg.
Meanwhile, Malaysian palm oil futures fell more than 1%, pressured by weaker crude oil prices and declining rival vegetable oils.
According to InfoSAWIT citing Reuters on Tuesday, April 15, 2026, the benchmark June contract dropped RM81 or 1.78% to RM4,474 per ton at midday.
Brent crude also fell 0.99% to US$98.38 per barrel, reducing palm oil’s attractiveness as biodiesel feedstock.
Other markets also weakened, with Dalian soyoil down 0.73% and Chicago soyoil declining 0.78%.
India’s palm oil imports also dropped nearly 19% in March, reflecting weaker demand due to high prices. (T2)
