PANGKALPINANG–Hundreds of palm oil workers in Bangka Belitung (Babel) Province are hit by breathing infection because of the uncertain weather.
“Based on the check up, they are from six palm oil plantation companies. There are about 400 men getting the breathing infection,” Head of Technical Unit, Higiene of Health Workers, Babel, Burhasan said, Friday (27/3) as qouted from Radar Bangka.
Based on the results of the health team about two months ago, he said, the dominant infection is breathing infection, flu , fever and other diseases because of the weather.(T3)
