InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA — Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) were set at Rp14,077 per kilogram on Friday (December 19, 2025), down Rp173 per kilogram, or about 1.21 percent, compared with Thursday’s price of Rp14,250 per kilogram.
Based on information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, CPO Franco Dumai was priced at Rp14,077 per kilogram. CPO FOB South Kalimantan opened at Rp13,677 per kilogram but was later withdrawn, with the highest bid recorded at Rp13,077 per kilogram.
Reuters reported that Malaysian palm oil futures fell more than 1 percent on Friday and were poised for a second consecutive weekly decline, pressured by weaker rival vegetable oil prices and a firmer ringgit.
The benchmark March 2026 palm oil contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM47 per tonne, or 1.18 percent, to RM3,933 per tonne by midday. On a weekly basis, the contract had declined about 0.92 percent.
In other markets, the most-active Dalian soyoil contract fell 1.51 percent, while Dalian palm oil futures slipped 1.31 percent. Soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade edged up 0.04 percent. (T2)
