InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA — Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) were set at Rp 14,200/kg on Thursday (27/11/2025), marking an increase of Rp 170/kg or 1.21% from Wednesday’s (26/11/2025) level of Rp 14,030/kg.
According to data obtained by InfoSAWIT, Franco Dumai CPO was priced at Rp 14,200/kg.
The FOB Talang Duku tender opened at Rp 14,000/kg, but ended in a withdraw (WD) after the highest bid reached Rp 13,900/kg.
Meanwhile, Loco Pelahari opened at Rp 13,646/kg, also ending in a WD, with a highest bid of Rp 13,004/kg.
From Reuters, CPO futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange strengthened for a second consecutive session on Thursday (27/11/2025), lifted by concerns over potential production disruptions amid extreme weather and supported by gains in Dalian vegetable oil markets.
The benchmark February CPO contract rose RM 65 or 1.62% to RM 4,089 per metric ton at closing—its second straight day of gains—reflecting early market anticipation of tightening supply.
Severe floods triggered by days of heavy rain have killed two people in Malaysia and at least 33 in Thailand over the past week, forcing tens of thousands into evacuation shelters and increasing fears of disruptions to palm harvests and logistics activities.
Aside from weather-related issues, Sunvin Group’s Head of Commodity Research Anilkumar Bagani noted that the market also saw short-covering following overnight gains in Chicago soyoil futures and palm olein contracts on the Dalian exchange.
Dalian’s most-active soyoil contract rose 1.31%, while its palm oil contract strengthened 1.74%. The Chicago Board of Trade was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.
