InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA — Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) strengthened to IDR 13,870/kg on Monday (17/11/2025), rising IDR 95/kg or 0.69% from Friday’s level of IDR 13,775/kg.
According to KPBN data accessed by InfoSAWIT, CPO Franco Dumai was priced at IDR 13,870/kg, while Franco Teluk Bayur stood at IDR 13,740/kg. CPO Pelaihari was opened at IDR 13,316/kg but later withdrawn after the highest bid reached IDR 12,778/kg.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported that Malaysian CPO futures extended their three-day rally on Monday, supported by a weaker ringgit and optimism expressed by analysts during last week’s Indonesia Palm Oil Conference (IPOC).
The January benchmark contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM 6 or 0.14% to RM 4,151 per ton. A Kuala Lumpur-based trader noted that bullish sentiment carried over from analysts’ presentations.
The ringgit weakened 0.44% against the U.S. dollar, making CPO more attractive to offshore buyers. Prices in related vegetable oil markets moved variably: Dalian soyoil fell 0.14%, Dalian palm oil rose 0.18%, and CBOT soyoil climbed 0.28%.
