LABUHANBATU – Palm oil fruit in District of Labuhanbatu, North Sumatera Province significantly decreased though the selling price in the farmers is not much too different, which reaching about Rp1.510 per kilogram.
“In the palm oil factory, it is aboutRp1.510 per kilogram. It is not bad. But, what we get in one harvest drastically decreased,” a palm oil fruit buyer, L Tambunan, a villager of Bilah Hilir said, Sunday (15/3) as quoted from Antara Sumber.
He thought, the fruit production will effect the operational costs. Some time ago, he could harvest palm oil fruit into two trucks, but now, it is only one truck. (T3)
