NEW DELHI – Solvent Extractors' Association (SEA), Friday (13/3)mentioned, palm oil imports in India in February 2015 decreased 23% to be 509.948 tons than the imports in January which reaching 658.670 tons.
But the traders had predicted, India’s imports could be about 450.000 to 520.000 tons and the processed palm oil could be about 50.000 to 70.000 tons.
The decreasing imports, SEA continued, happened for the decreasing buying of crude palm oil variant which was a little bit more expensive than it in January. (T3)
