JAKARTA –Farmers Exchange Rate (FER) nationally in February 2015 increases 0.33% or 102,19 than it in January which was 101,86. Based on the Central Statistic Agency, Monday (2/3), the increasing FER happens for the Farmers Price Received which is 0,23% or it is smaller if it is compared to the farmers paid price which is 0,55%.

The increasing FER also happens for the increasing FER in other food subsector which is 0,79%, livestock which is 0,67%, and fish 0,70%. Meanwhile the horticulture and people’s plantation subsectors decrease 0,09% and 0,43% for each.

Deputy in Distribution and Service Statistic, Central Statistic Agency (CSA),SasmitoHadiwibowo mentioned, in February the province having the highest FER is East Kalimantan – about 1,45%  and the province having the decreasing FER is Maluku, that is, 0,76%. (T3)
