JAKARTA – In a mas economical situation in 2014, palm oil plantation company, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia (Lonsum) still showed the best works.
It is noted that in 2014 crude palm oil (CPO) production of the company increased 11,8% to be 443.123 tons if it is compared to the previous period. And palm kernel (PK) also increased 15,6% to be 109.220 tons.
The raising production, the company mentioned, happend for the increasing fruit production. “The palm oil yield also increased to be 23,2% in 2014 from 22,9% in 2013 and the PK yield also increased to be 5,7% from 5,5%,” the company explained, Friday (27/2).
In 2014, the fruit production from the main plantation also increased 7,3% to be 1.341.239 tons from the previous year which reaching 1.250.375 tons. The buying from external fruit also increased 18,8% to be 566.820 tons so the total fruit which the company got were 1.908.179 tons. (T3)
