PALU – Member of Legislator Donggala, Central Sulawesi, Hambali mentioned, palm oil farmers in the subdistrict of Riopakava begin maintaining the plantation after the crude palm oil (CPO) factory is built by PT Astra Tani Teladan.
He thought, before the factory is built, the palm oil farmers were not excited and in spirit to maintain their plantations. “They are helpful for the factory,” he said, Wednesday as quoted from Antara Sulteng.
Hambali even mentioned, before the factory existed, some of the farmers wanted to leave the region for what they have planted could not be sold to the nearest markets.
He explained, the CPO factory belonging to Astra Group is being tested to produce and it is estimated to reach 45 tons/hour. (T3)
