SINGAPURA - Bumitama Agri Ltd, a company running palm oil business noted, by the end of December 31st, 2014, the planted area (including the plasma) had been 153.268 hectares (Ha). And in 2015, the company targets to plant 4.000 ha.
Beside that in the fourth quarter 2014 (4Q2014) the company noted, the fruit production increased 9,4% to be 753.806 tons from the same previous period which reaching 689.306 ton. While in 2014, the fruit production reached 2.662.119 tons or increased 18,4% than the production in last year which reaching 2.248.835 tons.
Based on the investor relations of Bumitama Agri Ltd, Tuesday (24/2), the total production of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK) in 2014 2014 reached 618.665 tons and 115.431 tons for each or increased 18,3% and 16,1% from 522.743 tons and 99.397 tons. (T3)
