JAKARTA–Indonesian Chambers mentioned, there are some Indonesian strategic food commodities should be imported for the domestic stocks are not enough every year, such as,  paddy and cow meat.

Palm oil sector is good enough by  involving the private companies, State Enterprices and farmers and these make Indonesia as the main producer in the world.

Vice Chairman of Indonesian Chambers, in Agricbusiness and Food, Francky O. Widjaja, said, main plasma palm oil plantations have been admitted by the world as the model which should be implemented in other commodities. “It even is run by some countries in the world,” he said in Jakarta, Friday (13/2)/

So, Franky said, it needs a special act to renovation funding of this agribusiness to other strategic commodity, such as, paddy and cow meat to increase the productivity and decrease the imports. (T3)
